Termination and Suspensions

Juturnalia, LLC has the right to terminate and/or suspend your account, with or without notice, based on a violation of our policy. If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed, the client risks service suspension or termination. If Juturnalia, LLC deactivates/suspends an account for violating policy, the client will forfeit any rights to a refund. No refunds for advance payments will be granted for deactivated accounts.

Juturnalia, LLC also has the rights to terminate any account for any other given reason.
